Does cancelling turn off my protection?
No. Your existing local caps and kill switch keep working. Cloud features become read-only when access ends. You can still stop an agent while you decide what comes next.
Is the spend number my actual invoice?
Leash reports API-equivalent estimates from usage metadata and its pricing table. Your provider’s invoice is the source of truth. Pro includes a report to compare your usage export with a provider CSV.
Do you store prompts or provider responses?
No. Local mode keeps requests on your machine and forwards them to your provider. The control plane syncs usage metadata. Optional hosted gateway traffic passes through memory without storing content.
